The hotel also offers a vegan and vegetarian organic menu, catering to those with specific dietary preferences.

There were some issues with communication at the hotel, particularly in relation to the restaurant.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Berlin. The staff were really friendly and helpful, speaking excellent English. The location was perfect, close to busy streets with lots of cafes and restaurants. It was also very convenient as it was close to the train station, making it easy to explore the city. The hotel facilities were great, with a spacious and comfortable room, as well as a lovely shower room. The cleanliness of the hotel was great. The breakfast offered great value for money, with a wide variety of choices, especially for vegans like myself. The staff even guided me through all the options and made delicious soy milk cappuccinos.

For us, it was ideal.

The staff were accommodating, providing us with helpful information about public transport. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with beautiful soft white towels. While we didn't have a chance to use the rooftop sauna, it's definitely a great feature. Unfortunately, our trip was cut short due to a canceled flight, but the hotel staff took care of our children and even arranged for us to stay in our previous rooms. The location of the hotel was also perfect. I'll recommend this hotel for its great location and friendly staff.
